Not really any different to EFI'ing a S2.

yes mate i have done it and it is totally different to doing a s2 as on a series 2 you can just run an xr3i efi loom but on the s1 you have to splice in a frst loom and cut up your loom

7 wires to fit in a Fiesta loom! Piece of piss!

sounds easy i know but when i chopped out my engine loom i was left with a lot more than 7 wires i think it was about 12 or 14 wires

well then im sorry to say you can't of done it right, because i can categorically tell you that its 7 wires to patch in an EEC IV fiesta loom.....there are some redundant wires left over but these take seconds to chop back and insulate safely.

oh yes it only took 7 wires to wire in but i had about 12 wires left over and could not work out what done what but i aint no electrician and hate anything to do with looms so i was not the best person to do it lol

all done now tho
