I have just driven up the road and when i turn my fan on my full beam light comes on in the dash and the petrol and temp guage go right to the top i have checked most of the earth connections in the engine and they all seem to be okay is there anyway of testing them or finding a faulty earth easily??

I know this is an easy way to get a full tank of petrol but i like to fix it
