Default efi erst not starting

Any thoughts or ideas welcomed.

Erst running L6 cosworth management, one day wouldn't start, been runing fine before that.

Checked relays to power the pump and ecu, both ok.
Pump runs when cranking, fuel is in the tank, flows through the rail.
Checked voltage at injectors and ok.
It sparks at the coil and at the plugs, had new leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, group A coil and ignition module anyway.
Sensors swapped for new ones, TDC, Phase and MAP(3-bar)

Tried a friends ecu to check the ecu wasn't at fault, that was a L8.

The only fault reader we've got access to won't read the L6's codes, and gave a 3+3 on the L8, which i think could be down to the car not having a 4wd TPS on it for the L8.

Can any other sensors be at fault to stop it starting?

Any ideas to try or check out?

Thanks in advance

Scott

ive got the same sort of problem mate but ive only just converted the cosworth management so im really stuck

have you tried the sensor gaps 8 thou for the phase/ cam sensor if your running that setup and 6 thou on the crank sensor and that neither of your sensor disks/lugs have moved

does your ecu run another car?

I've tried a L8 from a friends saff 4x4, and it still wouldn't start, unfortunatly my friends saff has a broken cam so can't check the escorts ecu on it, but his was a working unit.

I've checked the sensor gaps, there are the same as when it was working, and the teeth are in posistion and ok.

We have the phase/cam sensor set at 0.3 and the TDC at 0.6, which worked before, the phase/cam sensor seemed to not work the further away it was set.

The phase/cam is a cosworth type TDC sensor.

Have you tried it closer.
