Default Alternator Amperage??

What size alt do i need for my 1989 s2 esc turb??

Wasn't sure if i needed the 55A or the 70A?

I have HFS,HRS,Electric Windows, and heated electric mirrors, so i thought maybe that i'd need the bigger??
