zetec crank pulley
any1 got any tips on how to get the pulley off,ive got the bolt out but the pulley dont wanna slide off

hit the front of the pulley with a hammer. go around the the front of the pulley with the hammer. not too hard dont go mad. this should shake it up a bit. then grip the pulley from the back and pull with your hands. or use a lever bar and nudge it from the back.
