I HAVE JUST CHANGED THE LIFTERS IN MY 4X4 SAFF COS,CAN ANY ONE RECOMEND A GOOD OIL TO USE,& GRADE,FULLY SYNTH OR SEMI SYNTH,ITS DONE 115,000,CHEERS...

There is nothing wrong with MILLERS, but I would use SILKLENE PRO S.
Don't even bother with a semi synthetic as it is a waste of the extra money, and no better than a quality mineral oil really.
OPIE OILS, aka oilman on here does the stuff, silkolene that is .
It will quieten it down no end!!

Agreed, nothing wrong with millers but SAE60 is too thick for these engines despite what people say. SAE50 max is what your looking for. If you want the best then look at the ester based Silkolene Pro S or the Motul 300v.
