Default can this cvh head be repaired or is it scrap

hello everyone, i was degreasing and pressure washing a replacement cvh head for my engine when i noticed that the face of the head has broken where the water passes through. it has not broke through to the piston chamber although it is close maybe 2mm away. can a cylinder head shop do a repair on this? i am worried that if i fit it it may leak water into the 3rd chamber. cheers guys.

Easy repair, but might be cheaper getting another head.

I think the deciding factor on that needs to depend on how many times has that head been skimmed?

If its had a fair few skims you'd be better of getting a head off a low mileage/unmodified car.

Unless of course its had lots of port/polishing work done..........
