Recently I have had occasion to remove the fuel pump from the car 2.0iDOHC but upon reassembly I can not stop it spraying fuel frm the outlet side,all washers are in place and the pipes etc are sound.Any tips for stopping this?

 

New washers. Make sure it's all scrupulously clean before assembly.
