3-dr smoke only when pulling away

3-dr sierra had engine rebuild approx 2 years ago used for about 2000 miles and got set up by paul hills and a while after started smokin (blue smoke) got in contact again with paul and he advised to get the turbo reconditioned so i did and only recently fitted it with the car being off the road 4 almost a year now got it on the road done approx 200miles and still smoking when pulling away and getting worse. removed and stripped head found no4 chamber damp and nothing wrong with the valves or guides so removed no4 piston to check rings and all ok. very small amount of oil in the inlet manifold. please help me out.thanks

OIL in the has come from worn turbo, now replced but will take a while to get rid of all of it, I am sure a few more miles after lay up it will be ok.
If you have not done so a oil+filter change would be a good idea, SILKOLENE PRO S is a very suitable and good oil, from OPIE OILS on here, about £40 delivered 5 litres.
