Mates got a stage 1 saph, -31 etc.....doesn't matter how much you wind the rod out it wont boost to no more than 14psi. New turbo has been fitted with actuator, & tried numerous -31's. Boost gauge is fine as it goes past 14psi when we disconnet the pipe off the amal valve.

Could it be the dump valve leaking or is the amal valve fooked
