how do you lower a mk4 escort van ???

as title ive just bought one and want to lower it is there a kit you can by or will i have to do something else cheers in advance guys and girls

talking about the rear I take it, some people just turn the leaf springs and put them on top the axle instead of below!

you have to cut the seats off axle from the top and weld them below and either shorten the bar for load senser valve or do what ive done and put a bias valve behind seats hope thats help you
