good evening all my problem is this i have a transplanted xr2 mk2
s2 engine had it running great and now it does'nt tried towing it
but to no avail it's as if there is no petrol or maybe no spark
why run then nothing altogether in an instance i'm now at my wits end with this carry on any help to solve would be of
great help pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaassssssssssssseeeeeeeeee

 

just some update well i'ts getting fuel but no spark
tried another dizzy and coil but no luck i have looked and looked again to make sure all is correct wiring wise ? something ain't right what can i do
someone must know please severely thinking about running away

 

things are now getting crazy i'ts now getting a spark seems that the wiring was wet at the bottom of the crossmember now it wants to start
problem is no fuel is getting to the injectors it is getting to the distributor
but thats all so is the metering unit at fault will get there eventually

 

at least you found out what was wrong but one after the other the fuc*in joys ov doin conversions had my van on road two days dun gearbox in tca and antiroll bar bracket which it cracked mine sheared rear 3 bolts out ov gearbox cradle had to put hi tenstile steel allen bolts in what a proper twat to do

 

RSpect for doing this to a mk2 xr2, i close friend to me is running an xr2 with 2.0 zvh on twin 40s, goes well, but in the next closing weeks were rebuilding it and going 2.1 zvh turbo, just brought a s2 for the donar car.
