Its on the top half thats made of white plastic, not very easy to spot though you may have to remove some of the relays.
Presumably yours has broken? And unless you are thinking of fitting a brand new one, i myself wouldn't even bother because chances are its just as bad if not worse than yours.
They can be repaired although its a messy job, give me a shout if you are interested

As ive said i really wouldn't recommend a second hand fuse box, they all seem to fail at some point.
having stripped a friends fusebox down and successfully repairing it, i can tell you now the reason they fail is poor manufacture quality.......
