i need help i need a external waste gate for my cossie

i have a low comp engine and full grp A head with tublar exhaust manifold and gt-35r turbo but i need a external waste gate to control the boost

i no nothing about external waste gates so was wondering if anyone could help

what is the best one to get and where i can get it from

i dnt know much i just know they sund the dogs!!!!!!!!!!! ma m8 got on on his saph and sounds like a rocket!!!!!!!! they reduce lag! bu i dont know much about which ones are beta!
