Default What flange? And where from?

Hi guys,

I'm having a little trouble trying to get hold of a suitable exhaust flange for a turbo I've got for my car.

This is what it looks like -

I've been led to believe that its an RS500 flange, however I'm not 100% sure. I've also got no idea where to get hold of a mild steel flange for this, I've tried with no luck

Anyone able to help me?

Cheers, Andy P

Ps. Sorry to say I don't actually own a blue oval, but joined because of the wealth of turbo knowledge on the boards - I'll show you all what I've got as soon as its done....

your best bet may be to get hold of a cossie downpipe and cut and shut it to suit your application

Thanks for the replys.

It seems like a bit of an expensive way of doing things as I only need the flange (I've got a perfectly good downpipe for the car - just missing the correct flange!)

I suppose the next question is... Does anyone have a downpipe to sell/donate

You say that you just need the flange? How about the flared end too?

This is why most people buy the Cossie Downpipe (aftermarket) to get a 3" Stub of pipe with the correct flare and the flange to suit.

PM'd you red.

C&B, you are correct, I do need about 3" of the flared pipe to affix to my existing downpipe.

Cant believe that a flange for such a popular car / turbo is so hard to get hold of!

Thanks for the replys guys
