std fiesta handbrake does mate up to the wheel cylinders, and rs2k item is too long.

Does any1 have a solution, or what have they used on their fiesta RS.

Thanks
Matt

When you say an RS2000 cable is too long?

Which bit is too long?

I think pictures would really help on this

I did this on my old fiesta, it was the set up featured in fast ford years ago!!

You use the escorts handbrake cable but take the yokel of it and replace it with the fiestas yokel, reason being the escort one is too big too live in the tunnel under the car. Pain to get off but this is what you need to do.

Any more questions mate pm me as did this easily.

There you go, swap the front ends over

Your fiesta front end bit (under the handbrake) needs to be put onto the RS2k cable to make it fit

Hope you get what we mean now

Thats the same story as when you do it on Escorts aswell

If anything though, if you're saying the cable is too long fitting the fiesta front part will make the cable have even more length to it
