3rd post in as many minutes, sorry guys......
De-locking an Orion - what happens if the battery goes flat or the alarm buggers up and the cetral locking doesn't work - how do you get in????
With my gf's ERST, simply open the boot and climb in!
Can the seats be pushed down from inside the boot?

on my orion which was a h plate you could unlock the boot with a key then in the boot opening at the top there is a black round plastic handle on both sides pull them and at same time push back of seat then they folded back.

cool, im in work at the moment, so will check when I finish.
Just a bit worried about the car being broken into etc, thought about de-locking, and possibly removing rear door handles?? Is this legal/possible/sensible?

This is why you should always carry a brick around with you
Yes you can climb in through the boot. If the battery went flat you can conenct a power supply to the starter motor feed to unlock the doors!
And if your alarm fucks up you obviously have a Clifford
