i'm hoping someone can help

i've fitted some polly gearbox mounts today to my fiesta turbo

the origional ford items i took off were quite square in shape and sit in the mount container/carrier well, but the new polly ones i got or more of a rectangular shape and won't sit in the mount container

do i leave the mount container out or possibly cut the mount to get it to sit in the mount container

someone on here must know the answer to this?

Sounds like you have been given Escort MK4 ones, not Fiesta ones.
