ok, im swapping my 1.1 hcs to xr2 lump in my mk2 festa. will the driveshafts fit to the new box and how will the 5 speed box instead of 4 sped work...do i need anuva shifter or selecter etc??

the shafts will fit but id just go for xr everything not expensive. selector ?? ermm id say it would be fine but not 100% try it make sure you connect it properly or gears will be where they shouldnt

 

ok m8 ur a star, think i have everything then, was just a bit worried bout changin it from 4 to 5 speed selector really cos this is my first engine conversion. erm...its let me but u need to wait for ther admin to activate ur account and i needed to no asap lol. cheers m8
