Auto-diag different with new EPROM

Hi,
Can some body explain to me :
I have a Sapphire 2 wd.
With standard ECU (L1), it run perfectly.
I checked with auto-diag system : no default code.
I fitted new ECU (L1) with EPROM stage 1 and 31 actuator : it run perfectly
(255 hp with 1.1 bar_16 psi)
I checked with auto-diag : I obtain code 22 ( air sensor wire cutted )
I refitted standard ECU : no default code on auto-diag.
How is it possible ? Some idea ?

Poor programming of the chip.
The ecu overboost errors are still present id say.
The above is only relevant if she flags the code after 14psi is reached.
