website but cant find them so does any one else know what part number it is and how much they are ?
also if they only do them for the rs will they be ok on an xr3i ?

ive not got my old ones off yet im just trying to get all the stuff ready but when i read this other thread it said they were special because they had another spring round the base to stop them lifting up,i dont know myself as i aint got them off yet ?
Nah thats bollucks! They look like a top hat to look at, they are basically designed so the rim of the seal sits underneath the valve spring, the original design just push onto the valve guide and are common to lift up off the guide.
If you start running double valve springs they aren't supposed to be used with the modified seals, they sit badly on them.
