help with my engine coversion

i have an escort mk5b 1.4 cvh and i've put a 1.6 zetec in.

just wondering if i have to change the fuel tank and fuel lines.

depends if your changing from carbs to injection, although i think your 1.4 in single point injection but you might still need a 1.6 inj petrol pump?
