Default 1.8 - 2.0 litre, do i need?!?!

hi, i recently bought a mk5 escort all done up but as ive had a couple of months now...the car the only decent thing seems to be the engine! what i intend to do is buy another escort and swap it over into it, im not sure weather its a 1.6 or 1.8, but what i want to know is....before i take it to a garage i want it upgraded to a 2.0 so what do i need to find from a tatters yard etc off a 2.0 to convert it. ive seen people talk about throttle bodies etc, god knows what that means to me but what do i need to make it a 130 bhp spec zetec and how much do garages charge for this kinda conversions to be done??

any help wud be wonderful. thank youuuu

Im sure u have 2 use a 1.6 or a 1.8 water pump. cause the 2.0 litre water pump spins the other way which isnt good.
