Default Flat spot on the rollers in My escort Cossie

I took my car along to a 4wd rolling road yesterday to get it checked upt o make sure everything was runninh fine and to get a print out of what power it is producing.
The car was getting to 269 bhp and then was hitting a flat spot and then returning to 269 again.
The car has a stage 2 MSD chip, 360 actuator and green injectors in. Could the problem be that as i havent as of yet got a rs500 intercooler strapped on could this be the problem.
The car was running 1.7 bar boost when it was set up by Motorsport Developments in Blackpool to run 1.4 bar and 24 psi.
The car is now in Northern Ireland and there isnt many places to take the car to. All suggestions welcome. The RS500 FMIC is hopefully going to be here in the next few days, i have also been reccomended to get a boost controller. I have have that sorted im getting a greddy one to strap on.

Could it be the actuator causing the problem? or even the fuel regulator?

All the mods i have listed there is what i know of what MSD done to the car, im currently about to ring them to find out if anything else was done.

Look at AFR and BOOST at this point, this may give you a clue.

Morty, regarding the boost controller etc, phone Jonny armstrong (airforce one) he does the proper ones over here at nearly trade money and can fit them etc. Also he will have his 4wd rolling road up and running pretty soon. However my boost is fine using a bleed valve to set it (Ł10).

And about MSD setting the car up, i'm nearly sure they didn't actually "set it up" as such but they did supply the chip for it. If you ring stu he'll be able to check the car and with the serial number of the chip he can tell you exactly what it's meant for.

To be honest over here in N. Ireland i wouldn't really go to anyone other than Steven Gault or Jonny Armstrong. There are a few others capable but they are busy in actual motorsport i think.

sounds like a plan, he's a top bloke

If i had a spare serial cable i could bring the IAW Monitor up to use on your ecu but alas mines hardwired in so of no use. Maybe something to think about for the future

Now reckon the problem is either the Fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump.

How would be the best person to speak to regarding an uprated fuel pump.
