Anyone know why the header tank smells of exhaust gas and the water has turned a greyish colour?
To me it sounds like the head gasket but the car does not overheat etc. anyone gt any ideas.
Help needed please

LUCAS leak seal stopper is exactly like this as I have used it in the past in the cooling system of some cars.

Early signs of a headgasket failure would be a realistic guess!

Keep an eye on it for the time being, might be worth getting a leak down test done if you can spare the money!
