Default YB Flywheel Bolt Torque

What torque are the flywheel bolts ? If it matters I have standard ford bolts and the 2wd flywheel.

Do I need to oil the threads or do I need thread lock or similar ?

Please don’t just post the link to the manual as I did have that, but since work upgraded my PC I don’t have it anymore and they won’t let me download pdf’s

Cheers for any replies.
