Ive fitted a zetec turbo to my mk4 escort. It takes a long time to start. when turning over sometimes it pops out the exhaust and eventually it will start. It pretty much ticks over ok and revs up no problem but when you go to pull away it either dies on you or pops out the exhaust. Once it even blew a 2 foot flame out the exhaust and popped twice straight after. Its running fiesta turbo EFI management, ofac ecu, ofac map sensor, beige injectors. Standard fuel pressure regulator. At the minute its still running the original xr3i efi fuel pump. Anybody got any ideas, its doing my head in now. Any help is most appreciated, thanks!!
