ive just put light blue injectors in my 2wd saph
when it is on boost runs fine
but it dosent want to idle and runs bad below 2500rpm jerking
like not enough gas) and trying to die and cut out etc
any advise will be apreciated

I assume you have a correct chip to run these / they do of course have different flow rates to std yellows, so will put mix out, whay chip is it ?

as above and also if the chip is correct did you adjust the fuel pressure and co mixture?

 

Could also be ISCV as this controls ALL OFF BOOST BELOW AROUND 2000RPM, just clean it.
