just changed all fluids n had it tuned up last w/k and now the service light has come on. do i have to go to a dealer to remove it or is there some other way to do it its a cougar v6 1999

 

Alot of garages now have the tool to turn the service light off and i think you can buy them yourself if you wanted on ebay

 

It MAY go off if you pull the KAM fuse for a minute or so, not usre as never done a cougy.

WARNING LAMP WILL ILLUMINATE FOR APROXIMATELY 4 SECONDS


AND BUTTON A IS THE SELECT
AND BUTTON B IS UNITS
