This Go...


I thought at first it was a lifting eye but I already have one that looks slightly similar bolted to the inlet manifold and another one (totally different shape) bolted to the exhaust side of the head.

Edited, Just realised I've prob put this in the worng place. Its off a Escort RS Turbo s2 Engine.

 

As you said it's a lifting eye goes on the left hand side of the inlet

 

Ah, so theres 2 lifting eyes on the inlet and 1 on the exhaust side?

 

its held on by the 2 furthest to the left inlet manifold bolts (if your looking at the manifold from the front).
