52mm hole saw or a 2 inch hole saw.

What we use for pressing holes in control cabinets is a hydraulic cutter. a small hole (10mm - 13mm) hole is drilled first then the dutter is put through and with the aid of a hydraulic foot pedal the whole is pressed out.

Back at home today...I have a full set of swagers, these are what you need, you drill or punch the hole first then swage the hole with the appropriate sized swager, my set goes from 1/2" to 2.5" step by step pics below....2" hole....

Hole cut with a normal hole saw..

Swaged

Another shot of the tool..

I cant remember where these came from, it says 'MB' on the tools themselves...

HTH
