You are better of ringing Norris Motorsport and asking directly.
I have been out in a fair few NMS cars and the engines are awesome in them..............For any headwork Karl is your man

i had the low lag head on my old car with standard cams,it defo improved the spool up time and the car pulled a little harder all the way through (i fitted it after rebuilding the engine so that maybe why it felt much better too)
prices depends on what you need...if you need new valves/followers/cams/valve springs etc etc
call them and ask, they are very friendly and very helpful, you'll not go wrong
