Default FUEL CELL

If i run a foam filled fuel cell (jaz or similar?), does that mean i dont have to run a swirl pot? or do i? its to go in my high powered cossie road car . any info would be very helpful

I still would, the return fuel line should feed into it if its inside the tank, so no matter what happens the pick up always has fuel.

Most of the competition cars I know of with fft's have one or feed the return into an external one for safety.
