I've just bought a new Koni damper kit for my 2wd Sapphire Cosworth and want to know what settings people use for both the front and rear dampers for fast road use?...
I've been recommended to have the fronts on hardest and rears on medium settings but have recently heard the opposite way round too!!!!

hi, the official setting (ref koni) is to have the softest setting and as they waer turn up the setting-ful on the are very hard and you'll feel everthing on the road -fag ends etc!!! lol-ive got a cossie escort and are hard all round ,i like it like that but i dont use it every day(600 miles this year) but with my poly bushes etc it dont half stick and go round corners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even then on launch the back end drops when power is put down-regards +666cos notts/guru7001/2
have my saff on the 1st lot of setting you've mentioned with no complaints in 10000 odd miles! but DONT forget everyone driving style IS different m8 so trial and error!
ps just remember rears can ONLY be adjusted off the car!
