Default Koni Damper Settings

I've just bought a new Koni damper kit for my 2wd Sapphire Cosworth and want to know what settings people use for both the front and rear dampers for fast road use?...

I've been recommended to have the fronts on hardest and rears on medium settings but have recently heard the opposite way round too!!!!

have my saff on the 1st lot of setting you've mentioned with no complaints in 10000 odd miles! but DONT forget everyone driving style IS different m8 so trial and error!

ps just remember rears can ONLY be adjusted off the car!
