Default rover v8 not starting

a friend of mine has a 3.5 carb b8 in his mk3 capri and it isnt starting. its got new plugs, good spark from all of them. compression is i think something like 125-135 in all cylinders(is this ok). what fuel pressure does it need(has a guage just after the reg)? and also what is the order for the ht leads. any diagrams would be helpful. cheers

15 to 30 BAR what planet is this guy on ?
Around 4/6 PSI is normal for SU carbs anymore and they flood.
My dad has 4 litre TVR V8 in his xr4i, can find out order if you want ?
