Default idling issue

my saff is playing up again, after a bit of a thrashin the other night she decided to stop idling......i have checked for air leaks, split vac hoses tried a map sensor on had a bloody good look about and cant see much wrong!!
soon as i pick the rpm up its a little lumpy sounds a bit rich but will run ok once going just will not idle at all.
