Default ENGINE SWAP!

HI GUYS!
I'VE BEEN OFFERED A 1992 MK5 ESCORT RS2000 DOHC (the red-top)
Complete Engine (Cylinder Head & Engine Block) Manifolds, Throttle body, sensors, Original Air box, engine wiring loom and matching ECU. ALL FOR £100 IT DOESN'T SMOKE, RATTLE OR KNOCK AND SOUNDS / RUNS REALLY NICE!

I'M THINKING OF SWAPPING IT INTO MY 1991 MK4 XR3i CABBIE, TO REPLACE THE OLD, RATTLEY, NOISEY, UNDER-POWERED 1.6 EFi CVH THATS CURRENTLY IN.
FEW QUESTIONS;

1). WILL THE ENGINE GO STRAIGHT IN ON THE ENGINE MOUNTING POINTS, AND WILL IT NEED THE MK5 MOUNTS OR ARE MINE OK?
2). WILL IT MATE UP WITH THE GEARBOX IN MY MK4?
3). WHAT ELSE WILL IT NEED TO WORK?
4). IS IT WORTH DOING? (ALTHOUGH I WOULDN'T BE DOIN THE WORK MYSELF, I'D TAKE TO A FORD SPECIALIST!

ANY ANSWERS WOULD BE GRATEFULLY RECEIVED, ALSO YOU CAN CONTACT ME VIA: M_R_SHAW@HOTMAIL.COM

Have anyone take pics of their mk4 RS2K engine mounting? If you have some or info how to make it, please send to me?
