Hi,
Except to remove 5th gear, (you need a very good extractor and a little use of hot air gun), all is easy and no ST necessary for a good technician.
Shop manual is very clear.
Except one thing : manual write "scrappe 5 th gear after removing"
Don't do that : 5 th gear is no longer available.
Refit it.
Regards.

agree with claude and steve.
once you've removed the 5th driven gear (which needs a special puller as it's on the very long output shaft), just follow the manual and it's very easy.

don't know. it needs to be a very long puller, with very thin jaws to get behind the gear. even then you have to be very carefult to evenly spread the load on the back of the gear, otherwise you can easily chip the teeth (so i've heard )
