Hi all

My dads 1993 fiesta has just failed the mot on a few things but I am having probs with 1 item.

The hand brake is very weak on the offside, but ok on the nearside.
I took off the hub today and the brakes are ok, the mechanisim is working just not enough.

Can the cable be adjusted and if so where is the adjuster???

Any help appreciated

check to make sure that the foot brake adjustment cam hasent worn this is a common fault on fiestas and make sure the handbrake arm is right back against its stop as someone may have adjusted the handbake instaed of adjusting the shoes
