hi there im new to this forum, just want sum advice. have just rebuilt my saph coz engine standard speck. i have been offered a T34 for the car though, just wondering if this would be any good on a stage 1 car?

Hi m8 i got told i needed to run low comp pistons to get the best from the t34 dont know if true though

You dont have to run low comp to run a t34 mate and yes it will run ok on a stage 1 just back the boost off

if you fit it you will need the chip looking at.

it will flow more air so need sorting.

the t34 is better for stage 3, you will want that in the end when you have got used to st.1.

i was running 370 bhp and 401 lb torque with my t34 and thats at 25 psi .

so there is no need to run a t34 if u are just keepin at stage 1 , maybe just buy it anyway just incase u do go and get stage 4 / 4 upwards
