Aftermarket mnagement help..............

After messing around with various cossies and rst's i thought i have a go at having aftermarket management on my latest little project, a zetec turbo S2.. Anyway.. im having a few problems!!!! and my friend that runs a local engineering company that supplies the management has just gone away on holiday!!!Typical!!!
Basically all the management is in and working but the car only starts few 4-6 seconds then quickly leans off and dies... i have been through all the sensors, components etc etc and everything, i think, is working, yet sometimes it will run for longer and others not long.. And it wont rev up at all with anything more than lite thrttle...
Atm as soon as lamda is coming in the thing just over corrects it self over 50% and..wel u kno wot happens..
We have tried everything, i think, loads of fuel, fuck all fuel, loads of pressure to eff all pressure, ign retard/advance bla bla bla...
Can anyone help or suggest anything im being stupid with of forgeting?
(the management is KMS, a relativley new managment but ive spoken to loads of other happy users and myself being on of them on another car!!! so i dont kno if theres a component on the car causing this or just the twat behind the wheel...

Thats wot i thought but we have to base maps on the laptop from 2 other zetec turbos that i kno that have been used already and various other maps that have run similar cars, wel at least until it can get driven to the rolling road or to be run in first...

it has its own coil pack driver as is takes its tacho read off that. it does run a tps and yes that is adjusted correctly. its running a 3bar map sensor and that iis calibrated aswell.....
although , i have just had a thought, obviously pressure/vacuum changes with slight throttle yes???? well it does on the boost gauge, but not on the laptop....... hmmmm
