Default Advice on turbo size

I'm looking to run about 330bhp on my 4x4 saph cossie, i've got 803s chip and a few other bits but wondering what size turbo to go for? I've only got the standard T3 just now.

I know alot of the guys run a T34 but wondered if there were any other options which will bolt straight on or minor modification.

Seen these and it seems like a decent price but i'm easily confused with the sizes, would they bold straight on in place of the standard one or is it not worth the hassle?

The same guy also does an upgrade kit for the T3 with a larger compressor housing using genuine garrett parts, anyone tried anything like this before?

TIA

im kinda out of my league here but the idea is you fit a larger compressor side to a given turbo so it still spools up as quick as previously but with more boost. believe the name is a hybrid turbo
