Right the boost control is currently controlled by an HKS EVC.
When i has going round Knockhill hill yesterday i noticed It wasn't always making proper Boost.
Sometimes it would jut go to 1.6 bar other time it would reach its target of 2 bar. What i was wondering is this problem just down to this electronic boost controller?
Should i just go Air to air?
What is all the items i need for air to air? Any adjustments needed to the ecu to run this??

EVC is a pretty old model, but should still work ok if setup properly.
I'm using a Greddy profec b in a 4x4 Cossie, and it works perfectly. Air-Air is a lot of hassle and expense, when a decent EBC will do the same job, easier, and cheaper, and give the user easy adjustability.

Cheers. So do you think its probably down to being badley setup. I have just been using it in Auto mode which is set to 1 bar low - 2bar high.
Should i try using it in the manual setting???
Considering switching to an AVC-R

It could be.... its just a case of playing about with it, to see what works best, as every car is different.
I'd stay well clear of the AVCR, far too much hassle to set up.
