Default Cossie Management on an S2

Hi guys, just wondered if you could give me some advice. I'm thinking of putting cossie management on my S2, been having quite a few probs lately with the fueling. Quite a few people have suggested that cossie management is the way forward. Would appreciate it if you guys would guide me in the right direction! Is there a better way to do it? Is it worth doing?

Thanks,

Jen.

It really boils down to what spec you have/want as to whether it's worth changing. What do you intend to do with the engine?

At the moment it’s a low comp engine with a T3 turbo, 5th injector – off the cold start though. It’s currently boosting about 23psi. It got 219bhp last time on the rollers. Do you need to know anything else?

We’ve so far bought new injectors, new fuel pump, put a new dizzy on or 3! Changed the ecu and still having the same probs. That’s why Im thinking of switching to EFI.

I really just want it to be reliable that’s the main reason. Had a lot of problems with the fueling it’s been extremely lean and can’t seem to solve it. Went on the rollers last week and they aborted it. Said it was dangerously lean at 4k, they said it was like someone had switched the fuel pump off.

What do you reckon? Cheers.

With that kind of spec I'd think going for FRST OFAB managment would be OK (and cheaper than Cosworth). It's probably worth giving Stu at MSD a call and sounding him out on it. I personally dislike 5th injector setups immensely and for that reason, let alone the running problems, I would go for a differetn management.
