Are the fittings on garrett turbos BSP fitments ?

I'd like to know the answer as well. The bolts are very close to 8mm in diameter and 1/2 inch socket fits the head. What is the correct name for the size/thread?

I'm after the bolt size that hold the compressor housing, turbine housing, and the RST 90 degree bend. All the same and close to 8mm.
