i started my 3 dr the other day after all the work i have done and its miss firing on pot no2, when i took the plugs out it was all oily and wet, i have narrowed it down too a holed piston fooked ring or head gasket failure, there is no mix of water or oil in either of them?????????

the only thing i did was moved my intercooler back a bit as it was touching the lights and they were sticking out a bit???

any help would be much appreciated before i rip it to bits thanks

 

Is it wet from oil or just petrol because it wasn't firing, check to see if the plug fires before you take drastic action. As plug or lead could be duff so will not fire.

 

yes i did that gaz after cleaning the plugs and there was defo a spark mate cheeRS
