Default shutting down at 5000rpm

hi all a have as2 rst g plate just bought reconed engine oversized pistons cvh 25 cam solid lifters ect and ordered stage 1 turbo but at the moment car has standard engine chipped ecu kn pannel filter and is running a bar of boost it runs ok but some times when am booting it it shuts down at five thousand rpm and if a lift off and back on it will go again or sometimes if alaunch the car it does it in first as well a turned boost back to standard and it still temporarilly does it a run car on optimax the only thing a can think of is fuel pump relay is bridged out with fuse because when a put one in pump dead or car stiil running standard hoses so could it be sucking them shut this problem is tempromental though not every time a boot it any help would be apreciated as a would like to get to bottom before fitting new engine cheers

r u sure its a chipped ecu?

typically what u describe is the ecu cutting out when overboosting!

or if it is chipped it maybe a faulty ecu!

positive its chipped but as for faulty dont know but a turned boost down to eight psi and still the same so that confused me not think it might be the boost hoses been too soft or bridged fuel pump relay

cant see it as your ecu is cutting out the ignition! ie over boosting!

or is your engine like making a pinking noise cause it could be detecting dteonation and cut the ecu by the knock sensor!

well might have found problem car was running no fuel pump relay it was bridged over with wire and fuse but relay earth wire was melted in loom right up behind dash so took it out and replaced damage fuel relay wires now running of key so hopefully this was prob tell me what u think if this would cause problems {no fuel pump relay}
