Default boost probs

i am hahaving probs with boost i can get it to 4psi and it drives lovely try to wind up any more no go. it will get to 6psi with actuator pipe off but no more but then it feels hesitant with driving steady but if pushed hrd dont feel as bad any help apreciated i have just checked boost pipes everything looks ok but the turbo to intercooler pipe just blown off could be i didnt tighten it but sure i did cheers for any help
p.s has anybody heard of turbonetic turbos any good etc

could be a knackered diapfram on your actuator or even a worn cam can do that , happened on a mate of mines rst

If you're disconnecting the actuator pipe and only getting 6psi (!!!! brave man trying that) chances are the wastegate is damaged, like cracked or similar.

Check that and for a weak actuator as said
