I'd have a compression check first.

are you sure the bottom is rebuild. this could be your piston rings.

Default piston rings / oil breather

the piston rings sound familiar to me too, when I run to much boost, the same thing happens, the oil comes out of the hose which goes from the engine block (left side) to the airfilter box (or to the separate oil filter when you have a open-air filter). I think an oil breather would work, because the oil which now lands in your airfilterbox, then lands in your shiney mirrortank

well i have had new rings everything fitted new piston rings only done 100miles scince rebuild ect and checked oil to much in, also disconnected the oil breather pipe that goes in to air box cut a coca cola bottle 500ml 1 and put the pipe in there drilled a few holes in it for breathing and taped it in place and guess wat hey presto oil catch tank (temp) and not a bit of blue smoke out of zorst also took it for a hard run and checked bottle for level and there was only a little bit in the bottom watery oil so i think a oil breather kits on order should solve this
