Default cossy managment on S2 (timing)

Hi, does any body know at what point the crank rotation sensor is triggered by the four trigger segments on the crankshaft pulley “ is it on the leading or trailing edge of each of the segments?
And would this be the same for the two trigger segments for the phase sensor?

Any help would be great

Cheers

Steve

ya have to mark out the rst one as the same as the cozzy one
and the phase senor ya have to heat up the shaft on the cozzy one and turn it round back on the same splines

The crank sensor needs to line up with the CENTRE of the pegs at TDC, 90deg, 180deg, and 270deg.
The first phase sensor peg needs to line up with the phase sensor at approximately 45 crank degrees after TDC

Thanks guys just what I needed to know,
Rich you say phase is about 45 degrees after TDC, I assume it is not as critical as the crank timing?

Cheers.

Steve.

no, the precise phase timing isn't critical, the first phase peg needs to align within the TDC - 90Deg. crank window, 45deg. ATDC is thus the nominal mid point.
